Alumina Bubble Castable
Alumina bubble castable
Alumina bubble castable is a kind of light refractory material with excellent high temperature resistance and energy saving, and it is very stable to use in various atmospheres. Especially it is used in the high temperature furnace at 1800℃.
Alumina bubble castables have high refractoriness under load, high strength, and good heat insulation performance. Service temperature can reach 1600℃-1700℃. It is an ideal thermal insulation material for carbon black reaction furnaces and high-temperature special lining permanent layers. It has achieved very satisfactory energy-saving effects in high-temperature and ultra-high temperature furnaces such as petrochemical industrial gasifiers, carbon black industrial reaction furnaces, metallurgical industrial induction furnaces, etc.
